The Adventure Club stikes again...
This time we ventured north to Jekyll Island, GA for a weekend of camping.
It's such a beautiful area, I wish we had a better chance to explore, but there is one thing I can tell you about Jekyll Island in October, there are A LOT of mosquitoes.  We went through 2 cans of deet outdoors bug spray and we all still were eaten alive.
The walk to the beach had the most beautiful spanish moss covered trees & the beach was covered with such beautiful driftwood, but as soon as we arrived, the girls were ready to go back to the campground to settle in and try to escape the mosquitoes.  But, in spite of the mosquitoes, it was still a really fun weekend with friends.
